Admission to Festival - $3 (Toddlers and infants get in free. Veterans get in free with their military id.)
4 p.m. - Festival/Carnival Opens
5 p.m. - Flag Raising/Opening Ceremony
6 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Carnival Rides (Bracelet cost $25)
6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Hula Hoop Contest
